Congratulations to the Valley 4th grade boys winning the Mckell tournament with a record of 5-0. Their record so far is 7-2 after 2 tournaments. Thanks to Mckell and to Vanceburg KY for holding good tournaments.

Symmes Valley 4th grade allstars needs to get in the Valley tournment, this would be a good contest. This game would boil down to coaching I am thinking. The big square headed coach from Valley seems to get the kids to play for him. It should be a pretty good tussel.

not hard to coach a two man team that has two held back

Actually, when those boys won that tournament, there were no 11 year olds on the Valley team. We could compare the average age of that team to others in Scioto Co. (even teams they beat); I bet they are comparable. One of the "two man team" won't be 11 until June 30. That team plays very well together, and has for several years. Each person seems to do their own part, and they mesh well together.
