Jaylen Prater, an 8th grader from Vinton County, will be competing in the 100, 200, and shot put. He has run 11.6 in the 100, 24.3 in the 200, and has thrown 46'9 in the shot.

I know this might not be in SE Ohio, but has anybody seen the Tudor boy from Mount Orab (Western Brown) throw the shot and disc. This boy is tremendously talented for only being in the 8th grade. He can flat out throw. I'm sure he will be there.

Just browsing quickly through the participants list, I saw where Alex Wesel (Marietta), Halle Richards (War), and Peyton Adkins (Ga) are going. Halle is running the mile and 800, and Peyton is running the newly added 2 mile. Good luck to the southeast runners!

Congrats to Paige Grosel and Alex Wesel, from Marietta. Paige finished 2nd in the pole vault. Alex finished 2nd in the 800 and 4th in the mile, looked very comfortable running against tough competition.

Thanks for posting that web-site, however I tried it and it said that it didn't exist. Could you check that for me as I am interested in looking at the results.

I am always talkin about this kid and I am sure he is going to be college material and he could go in so many different sports!!!!

run521... just a little info. track and field only has div.1,div.2 and div.3 so if your school playes say in div.6 in football it will be in div.3 for track what ever your high school's div. is in track will be what div. your jr. high school will also be in but regardless he did a great job at the state middle school meet..
