I"m guessing that little dog probaly hasn't dedicated any time as a coach. You get demoted at work not when you are a volunteer.Try giving your time to the little guys, and some of your wonderful football wisdom and mayge, just maybe you will get promoted

Coach Dolen has been a top notch coach at any level and at many sports. The fact that he is willing to dedicate his time and effort to a team that he doesn't have a player on says a lot about his character. Our B team coach doesn't have anyone on a team either but is willing to spend his free time with the kids. They are both there for the kids. We really appreciate their time and love for the kids and the game.
