St. Joe is currently 1-1-1. They lost to Boyd Co. 7-1 a couple weeks ago and tied OVC 2-2 last week.

Burg over South Point 1-0 . Last time we played the Point lost 3-1 so we are doing better. This is with a majority girl's team playing almost all boy teams. SP also has a couple of 5th and 6th graders. So the future of SP soccer is looking up!

South Point avenges their loss to St. Joe and beats them 6 or 7-1. Sp had a couple kids who were absent or hurt the last game. We were still out two excellent players so it could have been much worse!

I find it funny that no one from SP posted the score when St. Joe won but posted how bad the score could have been when South Point won. Typical.....anyway, congrats to South Point, you have 2 very talented players.

BWH I don't get what you are saying. Sp soccer beat me to the first post on the first loss to Burg since I wasn't at the game. I have posted the other SP losses but the first game with St. Joe, you beat me to that score for that one I was in the emergency room with my son that night after an njury in the game. I spent the next day at the Ortho's office and physical therapy and then again after school the next day of PT. Then we went out of town. So I was kind of busy. I am sorry if I hurt you or anyone else's feelings from St. Joe about getting beat I was just stating my opinion. So look to my next post it will be about the Pointer's loss to Boyd County.

Now I'm confused. You didn't mention how bad that score could have been or do you only do that when SP wins?

No I only posted that in the St. Joe game because with the two absent players one is our starting goalie and the other a starter on the right wing so it could have been much worse. All the other games we have won or lost seemed to be a lot closer games with the exception of the St. Joe game. Luckily our coaches had defenders playing strikers and made the kids pass 5 times before a shot was taken so yeah it could have been much worse. Also the subs were in a lot of the game more than usual. St. Joe is building a fine program as evident by the high school team so what do you want me to sugar coat every comment so I don't hurt you or your daugter's /son's feelings.
