I was told tonight, there was a LOAD of teams in it

A load is putting it lightly....in the boys 5th and 6th I believe there are close to a total of 12 teams... If I remember right

A Burg team, 3 Clay teams, New Boston, East, Portsmouth, two Notre Dame teams, West...cant remember the rest

Sounds like they got a good turn out....Should be a fun year .

blue, I even heard they have some teams from lawrence county...over 40 some teams is what I was told

with that many teams they should be able to have a nice tourney with what the teams had to pay to just get in the league

I think there is 14, girls 5th and 6th grade teams in the league we start next sat the 13th.

I was told that East will play at 1:00 against a Clay team at Clay

The schedules come out wensday. We play on Sat and Sun all day long at New Boston High School Clay grade school and Notre Dame high school. Ill post some scheds once we have them.

They didnt take the team from Lewis Co because were to full already.

I played for three years as a kid, and was on our company team in the Army. We used to play on thursday nights but them young guns run us older fellows like dog and me off. I would like to see them start that again, but have it for over 40 years old.

them young guns never got the best of me,,,I had to quit because my knees was shot from running their a$ off the floor al the time

The church we rented was alittle more than a half court long.

I was only asking from a coaching standpoint. I tried that once and I sucked. I don't know enough about basketball to coach it.

I know what you mean I got the job because no one else would take it. But I try my best. If I didnt do it, they would not have had a team the last three years. I could have had a guy take my place this year but figured there in 6th now I may has well do there last one.
