If you want to watch two real good young Ironton football teams duke it out under the lights at Tank's Memorial Stadium...You need to come and see these kids...
The Bills are a very big, mostly 4th grade team that won the 1st match-up early in the season 8-0, while the Eagles had four fumbles in the game with three comming inside the 15 yard line.
The Eagles are much improved and hoping for an Ironton Championship this year and a trip to the Super Bowl, while the Bills are riding high since their victory early in the season.
Looks to be a real good night and I am sure the kids would appreciate the support of anyone in ironton to see them play their hearts out...They have all worked really hard this season...and sure look great.
This fourth grade class looks to be one of the best I have seen in years...very deep with talented kids...and big...
The last time these two teams played...it was a slug fest with alot of good hitting...although they are little tigers...they sure are putting some hits on like the big ones...Could be partially thanks to the Ironton Varsity comming twice a week to help coach practice...Those Varsity kids sure have alot of class and are great kids...My hat is off to all of them who have pitched in and helped this year...these kids love to be taught by the best...and they are the best....
