Boys: 8th Grade Ironton 66 Russell 28

Ironton 8th grade looks good again with a win over Russell 66-28.

Ironton 7th grade loses a close one (by 4 or 6) to Russell.

Russells 7th grade has a couple real good shooters on the team, they looked pretty good.

Looks like the boys play all but one Kentucky school and that's Portsmouth. I noticed the girls play alot of OVC teams though. These are regular season games, I'm not sure what type of tournament games are planned.

Russells 7th grade has a couple real good shooters on the team, they looked pretty good.

That is a nice Russell squad. If I recall correctly, Dr. Couchot's son is on that team and is a nice player.

I'm not sure how this whole OVC thing is set up for the 7th and 8th grades.
