We will be holding a Basketball Tournament at Rock Hill Middle School for 5th./ 6th. grade Boys and Girls and 3rd/4th grade Boys/Girls on Feb. 23 thru march 1 We will be taking the first 8 teams in each Division. You will also be asked to pay your entry fee in advance, the fee is $100.00 . We are going to have meeting on Feb.15 to set the brackets i would also like to have a list of players it will be a great Basketball tournament so all we need are Teams to enter. I thought you said you were having 3/4th grade boys/girls, also?

Does this tournament have the 5th and 6th grade playing together?

As long as they are in the 5-6th grade then let them play...Thats want tourny ball is all about in bringing in the local teams and battling it out and and of course making a little cash for the host.

IF it was my tourney I would say no. Ohio wouldn't allow then to play with the freshman either. But it isn't my tourney. Just MHO.

Which part of my post suggested that they shouldn't be allowed to play? Man I just love all the heros on message boards,Someone asks a simple question and the establishment heros come out of the woodwork.

Sorry I offended you there //// ....but I thought you asked the question if they would be allowed to play and I just throwed in my opinion on the matter.

Due to the weather the middle school has a lot of games to make up in order to hold the ovc tournament. the ovc tournament was to be held the week of Feb.9-13 so now it has been pushed to Feb.16-20 that is why we have changed our dates to Feb.23-March.1 anyone interested should call 1-740-534-9519 thank you ,and again we do apologize.

Anyone that would like to be left in our ( Tournament ) should contact me A.S.A.P. so i can start calling new teams if i need to thank you.

The Ironton 6th grade girls team still wants to be in the tournament. I tried to call the number but voice mail was full. You can p.m. me through this site or call me @ 532-6345 ext. 1361.

what teams do you have for the new tournament dates in the 5th and 6th grade girls division, from the teams before it looked to be one of the more competative tournaments around.

Monday the 3/4 grade girls will start the tournament off with Coal Grove & Rock Hill playing at 5:00 the second game has Ironton & ???? at 8:00 and also we will have Rock Hill & Oak Hill starting the 5/6 grade boys games at 7:00 with the Bull Dogs from Athens,Ohio playing The Key Players from Ceredo Kenova,Wva at 6:00 this looks like a Great start to a Great Tournament THANKS TO EVERYONE THATS IN OUR TOURNAMENT.

Tuesday games we have Ironton(1B) & Rock Hill(1H) playing at 5:00 with Ports.& Ironton(2R) playing at 6:00 with Ceredo Kenova & Greenup at 7:00 and the last game of the night we have Ashland & Ironton at 8:00 to start off the girls 5/6 grade bracket and this one is going to be tough bracket alot of great players in this girls tournament good luck to everyone.

Wednesday 5/6 grade girls action continue with Fairland & Wheelers Burg playing at 5:00 the second game has Rock Hill & Symmes Valley playing at 6:00 and we will start the second round for the 3/4 girls at 7:00 and then second round for 5/6 boys will be at 8:00 so good luck teams & play hard .
