Junior High Softball???

When does this get started? I know last year was the first year for scioto and the Ironton team in lawerence county to have this. If my Daughters school does not provide it can she go to the bordering school and play? She goes to Rock Hill so can she go to Ironton or Wheelersburg and play since her school doesnt have it?
