These have always been good games. In Minfords favor is their deep bench and the fact that they have a few good ball handlers. West has a strong group of starters that have proven themselves so good luck to all the girls.

I think with all the snow that we are going to have a repeat of last year and miss the first match up between these two teams.

A makeup day would be ideal for a wednesday. Both teams are booked on every monday and thursday from now to tournament time.

I would say because high school boys play on Tuesday and Fridays.

Are you talking about 7th grade because i have not seen them play?
If you are talking about 8th, i won't make any predictions on this game because it could go either way. But both of these 8th grade teams are physical teams. Even if you give the edge to West for being more physical you have to give the edge to Minford for depth and the fact that they can sub at least 2-3 players and not lose any skill/ability. Both teams will give it their all and should be the game to watch.

WOW!! Must have been a very good game, wish I could have seen that one...Trust me you have to respect the West team, they have good players also. As long as these girls keep working they should continue to have good matches up n the upcoming 4 years...Adding these two groups to their high school teams should be immediate impact next year and beyond..
