Symmes Valley will not.....it's the same week as the fair.

Rock Hill's game today was cancelled any one know of the new date and time?

Monday @ 630pm vs Ironton, was told the field got flooded last night

I was told by a district official that Ironton plays RH at 4:30 on Monday but I wouldn't be shocked if my info was incorrect.

4:30 would make more sense since Ironton vs Rock Hill is game one. I may have been told wrong, i'll get some verification today

I just can't see how you have a 4:30 start. Meaning, most teams will have to be there at least by 3:30. Most parents work and remember these are 13/14 yr. old boys that can't drive. Every other tournament in this district start at 6:00 pm. The district needs to remember that the parents would love to be able to watch their kids play. Early games on Sat/Sun is fine but not weekdays. How could they not have started Saturday evening or Sunday? all other teams played. If Minford can't get their fields ready then go somewhere else. Now it all has to be rushed and parents who work for a living with have to find other transportation for their kids and not see their kids play ball. I just think that is crazy!!!

I agree. There was no reason these games should not have been played on Saturday...even if it was somewhere else. I am just glad to see they are finally getting to play! Hope the rain holds off this week!!

Monday night scores:
Ironton over Rock Hill (10-2 was the final score I believe)
Northwest was ahead of Minford (7-2 in the fifth)

Tuesday games:
Portsmouth versus Ironton
Wheelersburg versus winner of Northwest/Minford game

Portmouth vs Ironton game is going to be at 4:30 on Wednesday due to rain Tuesday.

Ironton over Portsmouth

Not certain on a score but heard that the tigers will be playing Portsmouth.
