Post by a_c_m »

7/8 Boys Rock Hill
9/10 Boys Wheelersburg................finished 8th in State!
10/11 Boys Wheelersburg...............finished 4th in State!
11/12 Boys Wheelersburg...............finished 4th in State!
JL Boys Wheelersburg......................finished 2nd in State!
SL Boys Rock Hill.............................finished 3rd in State!

7/8 Girls Wheelersburg
9/10 Wheelersburg..........................State Champions!
10/11 Girls West Portsmouth...........State Champions!
11/12 Girls Wheelersburg.................finished 4th in State!
JL Girls Rock Hill................................finished 2nd in State!
SL Girls Rock Valley.........................State Champions! (Rock Valley went 2-1 in pool play with wins over Kentucky and Iowa and a loss to the host District 11 team from South Bend. They made it to the semifinals as the #2 seed from Pool A. They lost to Michigan(#1 seed form Pool B with a 3-0 record) and were elminated. Michigan lost to the host team ( serves them right for not being very sportsmanlike!!!!!!!) District 11 Indiana goes onto the World Series for the 6th year in a row! They pull their players from all of District 11 and have 9 high schools in that District. One local school had 700 in it's graduating class. All three of our high school represented probably only had 350! Thanks osumufan for the update! Excellent job!

Congratulations to all of the District 11 Champions! If anyone has any information, schedules, scores, etc. please post. Good Luck to all!
