I believe it's the Eagles vs CG in A,B,C. To decide the ovc champs this Saturday.

Congrats to the eagles c-team...& the grove b and a...Coal Grove made two fine pass plays stand up for a two touch down win...now for a week to go by and the Iron Coal Bowl...to see it all again...

way to go Hornets!! great play calling, and execution. It's good to see Coach Walk is still passionate about teaching our boys how to play the game. IMO he would be a nice addition to the high school coaching staff.

I wish the Eagles A team had a staff as good as CG A team. Congrats to the Hornets!

Not taking anything away from CG coaching. However I'm sure we held them to a season low rushing and total offensive yards. I'm guessing they had less than 75 yrds rushing. I thought our game plan was solid and eagles staff had them ready. You compare this game to the first game of season. We improved the most we clogged the middle and they couldn't get outside. They couldnt get outside because they didnt have Charlie. Meanwhile they had no problem passing on the defense. I did enjoy the offensive gameplan in the second half by the Eagles. Run the ball and use all 25 seconds of the play clock to run the time down. That would have been a great game plan had they been up by 16 instead of down by 16.
