They played SP like a scrimmage for 7 th grade only. 10 offense/10 defensive, plays twice

Minford 58 - Wellston 8, technically listed as an 8th Grade game, but with Wellston only having one team the Minford coaches played the 8th grade in the first half (minus the final defensive possession of the half), and the 7th grade in the second half (plus the final defensive possession of the first half). Hats off to the Minford coaching staff for playing everyone and taking a knee on the last several conversion "attempts", and also hats off to the Wellston kids for playing hard in spite of short numbers and plugging away to get a score.
