this will probably be the biggest game for both these teams. big clash in styles of play minfords speed and n powerful fb vs west here we come stop us. even tho this game isnt for a couple weeks what are everyones thoughts?

My thoughts are that they both need to focus on their next opponents and not a game that is weeks away

Man this game will be a good one, hate that going to have to miss it. Good luck West.

I believe West has speed and a powerful FB as well were coming do you think you can stop us? Going to be a good game I think West comes out on top. Haven't heard much about Minford 7th grade any thoughts on that game ?

No doubt they do! But Minford has arguably 3 if not 4 of the fastest 8th graders in the county.

Going to be a good game I would say West is gonna be the most physical team minford will play this year. Looking forward to a real slobber knocker. Hopefully both teams come out of it injury free

Are these games on the high school field? And what time?

Yes high school feild and i think the 7th grade starts at 5 or 5:30.

WHAT A BALL GAME!!! even tho my falcons came up short by a score of 14-6. I will say no team deserved to lose that game there will be some sore boys tomorrow. hardest hitting game ive seen all year no need for the falcons to hang their head at all the battle till the last second hope everyone came injury free and good job west! and good job Minford! proud to be a falcon!!

Yes it was. Agree about the lose for the falcons they have absolutly nothing to be ashamed of. They played extremely hard and I believed they left everything they had on the field and I :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41 them for that. I know the boys from West was a little upset about giving up the fumble recovery for a td. To hold a great Minford team to only 6 points, shows what this team is made of. Hats off to both teams for s outstanding ballgame. :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41

What a ball game. Great atmosphere, great crowd couldn't have been better. The Falcons played hard heck of a team. The boys from West couldn't be more proud of them would not be denied the win.

Probably one of the best Jr. High football games i've ever watched. It definitely was the most physical game i ever watched.
My hats off to both teams. West moves on to Waverly next week.

Was definitely a good game. Had high school atmosphere on a Thursday night! Going to be some good SOC action in a few years. Question is who can stop West besides beating their self this year? Burg game is always a good one. I hear Waverly has a nice team. Thoughts?

West v. Waverly is too tough to call. It took Minford 3 ot's to beat them. Score at end of regulation was 0-0. So far that has got to be the game of the year. Both West and Waverly are fast and physical, good luck to both teams and hope they stay injury free!

West proved to be to much for Waverly tonight 28-6. The best game of the year so far has been the West/Minford game even though Waverly has been the only team to score on our defense.
