Re: Little league district and/or tournament dates/sites
How is it going to work with a 9/10 & 10/11 league. This is not how they played all season. Most likely all the good 10s will go with 10/11 and the 9/10 will be lucky to have enough 9 year olds to play let alone enough good players. Why the change? Is this a statewide change or just district?

Re: Little league district and/or tournament dates/sites
This is not a change and it is a National Little League thing, not just a local deal.
it is up to each local league to decide how to choose their all-stars. Most choose to put their best 10 year olds on the 9-10 year old team and their best 11 year olds on the 11-12 year old team. The 10-11 year old team is typically made up of 11 year olds that don't make the 11-12 year old team and 10 year olds who don't make the 9-10 year old team. Remember that it doesn't have to be done this way. It is up to each local league to decide. It is however a rule that a player cannot appear on a roster for more than one team so a player cannot play for more than one team.
