Any one know when the new cell tower in Scottown is going to be activated?

I was actually wondering this as well as I have had some reception problems. I just googled it to try and find out but there was no good information offered. I expect it will be up soon as AT&T has been so aggressive in the market. However, I wonder if their purchase of T-Mobile could change things.

they need to put up a few more in Monroe County before we drop ATT for Verizon... again.
