Usually just for the games and sometimes sports center.

it started I believe the year I graduated in 79, if I'm not mistaken. I used to watch it constantly when I had time. but I nearly never watch it anymore. it is because it is being used as a political news site now more than covering all the sports. and announcers screaming at each other on certain shows. it has caused big layoffs there. and in my opinion ruining the king of channels.
