For those of you on here that know my uncle (Frank Deeds), whether you like him or not (lol) please take the time to say a little prayer for him. He was diagnosed with cancer about a week and a half ago. They haven't been able to do the PET scan on him (to find out if it has spread to other areas, cause they can't get his sugar down. He goes back to the doctor sometime this week. So if you could please say a little prayer. Thanks, Chuck

I know your Uncle Frank very well. We worked together at the DMI and were very good friends. Prayers from this household.

I've known Frank for years also and worked at the DMI with him also....Hope his sugar goes down and PET goes OK....Prayers here....

Sorry I hadn't been on here sooner work has been a bear. Uncle Frank had surgery on Thursday night, it was after midnight when my mom called that my aunt had called. From what I got from her is that they had to remove part of the upper lobe of his lung and that he is going to be in alot of pain for a while. Hopefully I can find out more tomorrow.

I spent a lot of good times at his pizza shop in the burg when I was growing up. His shop was the burgs version of arnolds from happy days. Frank gave out a lot of free meals to the kids over the yrs, especially the football players. prayers from the burg

Everyone thanks for your prayers. I mom told me the other day that Uncle Frank won't need any chemo or radiation. Keep him in your prayer though as he hasn't been the healthiest cuss for quite sometime. Hopefully he'll be able to come home to Ohio for Thanksgiving.
