URINE TEST
I like a lot of folks in this state, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test with which I have no
problem. What I Do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who Don't have to pass a urine test.
Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?
Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I Do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their ASS, doing drugs, while I work. .
Can you imagine how much money the state would
save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check ?
Something has to change in this country -- and soon!

Re: Urine test
I worked at a job that drug tested randomly. I was there for 13 months I got randomly picked 10 times. It was riduculous, but hey thats what it took to keep they job so I did it. So yeah I have no problem with welfare people needing drug tested to get paid.

Re: Urine test
I like my solution for controlling welfare better. At the age of 18 a man and or woman can enter into a paid subsidy from the state depending on several factors.
1. If no kids, then they can be fixed and paid the maximum amount per year for life including healthcare. Maximum could be say $20,000 a year.
2. If 1 child then they receive 50% percent of pay and benefit after they are fixed.
3. If 2 or more children than no benefits.
You cannot receive money from the state if you have children. Your children will have benefits, including healthcare, food and shelter in the way of HUD and such, but the parents will receive no incentives or monies what so ever.
After several generations there might be a shortage of people willing to work low end jobs, just open up the southern borders for a few years and problem solved.
