SOMC is one of two ohio based companies to make the list and KDMC is the only one from Kentucky

Ha, this list is a joke. I worked at KDMC and still have family working there. Unless you are a doctor, or possibly higher up management, it sucks. They treat all the lower level employees like dirt and work them to the bone. Best places to work my butt. I don't know about the nurses, but I imagine they aren't treated all that well either.

I've worked at one of the two and all i will say is.... HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I havent worked at the other, but did my practicum in nursing school there, and seems to have been more employee oriented. It has magnet status also (which is a great plus for nurses/pt's)
