okay well I knew both of those things but I learned one thing was you don't boil the potatoes before trying to make them french fries

Re: DID WE EVER HAVE THE SEOPSYS
Same daughter fried Jello. She followed the directions, sort of. It said add boiling water, so she put water on in an electric skillet, added the jello and boiled it for quite a while. I can't even describe what it looked like.

Re: DID WE EVER HAVE THE SEOPSYS
Sad part is that it is all true. When her daughter was in 1st grade, they had to draw a picture of what their house looks like and when the teacher looked at hers, she said, " Oh , look at the smoke on the roof. Is your house on fire?" and my granddaughter answered," No, that's just Mommy cooking." And when my grandson was in 1st or 2nd grade, all the kids made recipe books for grandparent's day. They had to tell what their favorite food was that their Mommy cooked for them and step by step of how to make it. His entry said- You take out a box of cereal and put it in a bowl and pour milk on it and then eat.

No, I am sure they won't be happy with me, at least not my daughter. By the way, it is the daughter you met, not the other one.Back on subject, I would like to nominate cag and FIDO for best gift givers.
