Pepsiman, you were not here in the past when the CHAT, was turned into all political and no decent chat. so they started the political forum but they got rid of it and clearly stated (where the chat link is)

Now this chat is once AGAIN, BY THE SAME PERSON being turned into a political forum.

There is nothing more political than the school systems jukeboxer. Even over on high school football/basketball, we debate school levies for facilities, pay-to-play fees and board hiring decisions when it comes to coaches.

In fact, what in life isn't political?

I say bring on a political forum. With the local economy in the tank, why not discuss the real world problems? I would simply put an alert next to it.

The Huddle has a political forum, and it looks respectable to me. I see no reason for members of SEOPS not to discuss bigger problems than the win-loss record of your alma mater's football team.

Since this forum clearly states "No Politics", it should be abided by ALL people. That is why there was a new politics forum started for EVERYONE that wished to take part in it. And it has been working well so far over there on it.

I agree with what GAHS4EVER said awhile back, since this is a NO POLITICS forum, all posts that even resemble politics or anything concerning the government should be removed from this board. No matter who starts it.

Read the #1 rule of this site....... It is broken far more than a few threads on politics or religion. Not saying anyone is right or wrong ..........Just something I have noticed...... I feel I have a choice I can either read the topics in chat or leave them be and that is what I will continue to do.

I could care less what the political topic is it is not supposed to be in the chat forum, and it should not be posted or discussed in the chat forum.
