Like I said, my soul is fine.

I don't need you or anyone else to pray for my soul, thank you.

Worry about yourself EB.

Don't comprehend what you read? Read the thread again and I'm sure you'll figure it out. I mean, you are a teacher, correct?

My school had a great JV football season where I coached. As head coach, we had our best record ever.

My math students have performed well on their tests and are fast approaching their benchmarks (at least the ones who have not made them yet)...

Please tell me what it is that you are doing in your retirement? Oh yeah.....

You do much better on your cost of gas threads, noreply...

...or better yet, go back to the other website where you are a moderator and do your job...

At least when I retire I will still be involved with children through athletics and mathematics in one form or another...

I don't tell you everything that I do in my life. Besides, teaching and coaching football and being a father who travels to baseball and basketball games each night is more time consuming than what you do with your life.

just a couple comments .. to a Christian, consistent meaningful prayer is EXREMELY HARD WORK ! So to say someones earnest prayer is " nothing or empty " is just uninformed . Prayer is nearly everything .. when my prayer life is shallow I'm shallow , it happens , wish it didnt but I'm far far far from where i want to be .. The image i portray as a follower of Chist is pretty dang ugly at times .. please dont judge chistainity or the value of Christ by me , i blow it ... all the time . ( But I'm not a failure all the time ) On here can bring out the worst in me because of several things ... one guy is dragging the Bible thru the mud while claiming to be a Christian , that irritates me so bad i go off the WRONG way . And when 1/2 the topics we discuss are contraversial it gets heated . I could be a lot better on here ,, thats all I wanted to say . MD

This coming from the Huffington Post...

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/charles-j ... 01387.html

The pro-life movement must now choose between two paths. The first, which might be called the "wilderness road," is a steady descent to irrelevance and isolation. A social conservative movement that preaches hostility to culture, that denies basic truths of science (evolution, global warming, the big-bang theory), that opens the door to issues long thought to be closed (contraception), is clearly marching off a cliff. No political party can long withstand such delusional irresponsibility in its ranks. (Social conservatives might do well to read David Brooks' subtle hint in "A Second G.O.P.," New York Times, January 29, 2013).

Thoughtful pro-lifers must ask themselves if this is the path they wish to trod. For another way remains open to them, although it requires much soul-searching and scrutiny. And that is to reflect on history, to ask whether allegiance to an absolutist agenda has not led to the self-destruction of a noble cause, and to start over, using the debates of 1976 as guideposts.

But you still find the time to make repetitive posts everyday on here.
