I see a lot of people take advantage of their mates handicap sticker. I have even wrote them a note and put it on their window ...giving them a ticket of 50.00 bucks.
My old lady has a sticker but when I'm alone I never use it.
I have even pointed it out to a policeman letting him know what is happening and the policeman waited for the person. With out the sticker was 250.00 but I don't know what the policeman gave him. All I know it was a ticket
