Jusr seen where the Prices should be going down, they just opened a big refinery that had been shut down for repairs. Its funny that when they shut one down they raise the prices the same day, but when they open one up it takes a week or two to get the prices down.

This refinery crap is just that crap 15-20 years ago we never heard anything about this. Price gouging that has been allowed way too long is the only reason the prices are so high. Look at the record profit the oil criminals are making and that should tell you all you need to know.
