NCF re think your eating seriously it works!!!!! you may have hit a plateau and need to do something different in your eating or exercise...

I am working out even harder trying to burn more calories.
The weight goes from 216.5 to 225 .
According to the page I use to log all of the food I eat/drink in five weeks I should be between 198-207 in five wqeeks.
Since using that site it has been close as far as the five week thing goes.
Come five weeks from last Monday(I hope that makes since)if I am not somewhere in between 198-207 then I will talk to a triner at the gym and see what all they suggest along with taking what you said into consideration.
The battle is getting harder but I knew this would be the case.

Hang in there ncf, sometimes our body will get used to a certain routine in food and exercise and you're going to have to shake it up a bit. onb is right in that, shock it and it will respond. Good luck!

I havent posted over for a while, but Im staying where Im at. With football season its hard to eat right and get my training in after the season I can get back to hitting it hard like I was. I have been running though and on saturday I ran a 5 miler at the chilifest in Huntington. I ran a 65:12 which is 10 minutes faster than I ran my practiuces so I was very happy with that time.

I have started round two of the P90X workout and I am hoping after this 13 week stint I hope to be under 200 pounds and back in my 32 size jeans.

didn't get to weigh in yet this week my baby man is ill so as of last Wednesday I hit the 61.4 lbs loss mark.. heading to 75 by Christmas as challenged by my hubby... I hate to be challenged soooo I'm gonna do it!

You CAN do it! 75 by Christmas is a good goal to have o-n-b! I haven't weighed due to the obvious, but, did go back to my meeting this past Tuesday just to get back in the swing of things. Good luck losers!

since i had to miss weigh in last week due to baby man not feeling well . I wasn't very good but... I still lost 2 lbs... so I am 11.6 away from the 75lb mark!!!!! I feel so much better!!!!! I am doing push ups girlie style but I haven't done them in almost 30 years in my exercise class I do almost 100 squats, many other things and 8 minutes of leg lifts not the whole 8 yet but I am working on it.. I moan and groan but its worth it!!!!!

backslide some last week but took it off this week and some extra 11lbs until I hit the 75lb mark!

On May 1st I weighed in at 312 lbs. I have lost 40 lbs. since then and am down to 272. My goal is to be at 230-235 by the end of the school year.

Most days(like 6 out if 7)my calorie intake is 2,000 or below but I am not losing any pounds.
