Had a Bob's tonight Bolt, and a loaded ham and cheese sub. The sub was pretty good but the pizza was kinda under cooked this time, but I chowed on it anyways. :-D

No, because it was under cooked a little and had the appropriate amount of sauce and cheese. But it still wouldn't have had burnt up bubbles if they would have over cooked it with all the moisture from the sauce and grease from the cheese.  But Bob's usually don't under cook like that, I think CK was early to pick it up and they went ahead and pulled it out. Deserto's over cooks about all the time with less cheese (causes burn bubbles  ) and sauce and the dough is as dry as the box it comes in.   Going to order Deserto's Sunday evening Bolt and see if they will hold the G-Sludge, if they won't, they will lose my business.

Our Texas Roadhouse is jammed up every night with people, packed, and the food is great. Never heard of an Indian meal moth infection. Must be one of those SEO phenomenon !
