Science - like faith - can be twisted to suit all kinds of evil purposes. Look at some of the "science experiments" the NAZIs performed on human beings. Are nuclear weapons for the "betterment of man"? The blanket statement "Science is for the betterment of man" is incredibly misinformed. Science is only as good as the people who utilize it.

And yet, without science you wouldn't be able to voice that opinion right now and would instead probably be sending a messenger by burro or pounding on drums to try to get your point across.

Comon...Paladin..you're simply a superstitious man who thinks you. came from a monkey. I don't know, maybe you did? too funny but...either way, you can't argue with what these people have found. It's not even arguable. Weren't you a high school teacher and a football coach?! Nothing to be ashamed of about that but..nothing to be overly impressed with either...anyway, I hope your students aren't as closed minded and superstitious as you are! There was TONS Of science in the Bible that taught man many things. I've shown you that many times before but...you just ignore it..Here's another site that expounds on that

Anyone catch 60 Minutes? Leslie Stahl scratching her head about dinosaur tissue that is still, soft, pliable and NO WAY eon's old...hard to believe it's even thousands of years old. Showing blood vessels, clearly intact...as she said, 'won't this rewrite out understanding of history and time?'

All I want to hear from you is "I'm sorry for telling this lie". For if it you have to lie to make your point seem valid then anything and everything else you say can't be trusted.

I guess you figured that anyone who wants to believe your theory would never take the time to actually watch it. So again, Why did you "change the truth" on the original post of this thread. I saw what she said in the segment..but..I've known about this for several years, long before her. It's just people like you who are trying their best to stifle it. Same way universities blackball anyone, any student who shows an interest in science but...doesn't buy what they're selling.

Again, all I asked you to do was to tell us what your motive was for "mis-quoting" what she said in the interview. The sad part is, you can't even think it thru enough to realize that we might watch the clip. Several people have responded and said "She didn't say that". Sorry, egg on your face. What, pray tell, am I stifling? There was no mention of anything you alluded too in the first place, so how could I stifle it? No matter what people might feel about my beliefs on religion, I do not tell outright lies. You don't have to believe in any god to know that is wrong.

We have the biggest bible thumper on here assaulting established academia and trashing REAL science, promoting a psuedo-science that isn't based on anything factual but rather on religious beliefs.

It should be enough that any old fart can spew falsehoods on his sopabox. Just don't expect the world to roll-over and swallow this crap, much less apply it to their real understanding of all the various sciences. That dog won't hunt , as they say.
