Im not spinning anything. Out in the open its easier for a shooter to get to their target no matter how many guns are around. Take the Newtown shooting the shooter went through the front door and the principal tried to stop him. If she had been armed she could have shot him as he came through the door. 2 totally different situations. No spinning involved just the facts.
