Survived the holidays of eating healthy. Weighed myself last night and I am down to 264.4. I have lost a total of 18 pounds!!!!!

I am currently at 312 pounds. I am down 8 pounds since starting. Keep up the good work folks.

I hate dieting during the holidays but as soon as 2009 rolls around I'm gonna be right back at it!!!! I think Im gonna aim for another 30 lbs. then we'll see how I feel after that.

Down to 208 November 2008.
Picked up 12 pounds over the holiday's to 220 yesterday.
Down to 218 today.

Down half a pound this week. That's a moral victory for the kind of week I've had, I'll take it!! Mini goal is to be down 5 by Valentine's Day. Half lb is a start. Congrats to all the losers!
