I got the latest news on the lake today sunday they had to let some water out to keep it at a certain level because they are still running wires in the dam and painting and sealing.

they don't have to let it any lower than that to finish it.as soon as that work is done then the water can get to summer pool. but 104 and 551 will remain closed until probably late into june, they have a ton more concrete work to do. but have to wait on asphalt plants to be open to mix blacktop with the concrete they told me.so I'd say in the next week to 10 days from what they said they'll be done doing all the rest of the dam work, so it can fill up.

it was really nice. more undersized than rocky fork or paint creek. but the numbers were great. with some keepers to fry up. I slay em here on rooster tails.

gotta bunch of rain Friday night. looking like a lake again. hopefully the wiring and painting and sealing of the dam is completed. flush'll have to get his drone back up n see if'n they are letting any water out. bout time here in a couple of weeks er 3, if the weather stays mild to start getting some fishes in there.
