Didn't stop me--I'm suing

An inmate who injured himself breaking out of a Colorado jail is suing on the grounds that guards should have done more to stop him escaping. Scot Gomez Jr. claims he was badly injuried when he fell 40 feet while attempting to scale down the outside wall of the Pueblo County jail. Prison authorities, Gomez complains, "did next to nothing to ensure that the jail was secure and that the plaintiff could not escape."

drop him 40 feet, 3 more times, if he lives, he gets out of jail free, see if he'll take that plea bargain.

He said they didn't do enough to stop him, but I think a forty foot wall would stop me from trying to escape. I think they should add a few years on his sentence for stupidity.

That's crazy, but you are right, He will probably win.
I agree, they need to extend his sentence for trying to escape.
