The National Weather Service has posted a Flood Watch for much of the state.

Just a few minutes ago I was looking for Noah and the Ark the way the rain kept coming down!

60 degrees in Feb. had thunder and lightening an hour ago

Yep, most areas have already picked up an inch or two of rain. I am now forecasting an additional 2 to 4 inches through tomorrow morning.

Tornado Watch out around Cincinnati and Dayton.
Strong to severe thunderstorms will move through Southeastern Ohio between midnight and 6am.
Damaging winds, large hail and vivid lightning.
isolated tornadoes.
