The Police To Perform In Columbus

The Police plan concert at Nationwide May 4

THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH
Stewart Copeland, Andy Summers and Gordon “Sting” Sumner, also known as the Police, will begin the second major leg of their reunion tour in May.

The band, which until last year hadn't played together since the mid-1980s, will perform May 4 in Nationwide Arena, 200 W. Nationwide Blvd.

Tickets, $50 to $225, will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at the arena (1-800-645-2657, http://www.nationwidearena.com) and Ticketmaster outlets (614-431-3600, http://www.ticketmaster.com).

The Police Fan Club Presales

The Police Fan Club presales for all shows (except Philadelphia) will take place from 10am on Wednesday, February 20 to noon on Friday, February 22. Please note that the Police Fan Club presales will open at 10am for renewing Legacy fan club members only and not open up to new members until noon. Ticket bundles including memberships will then be made available at 2pm that day.

theres a Hank JR concert at nationwide too, Nosebleed seats are like 50.00.

I'll pass. on those prices.

I did see Trent Tomlinson Last saturday night after the bull riding. but we got those tickets FOR FREE, now theres a price I can afford :-D

I saw the Rowdy Friends Tour last May in Charleston. They also had 38 Special with them. It was fantastic. Compared to other bands on tour this is not a bad price especially when you consider you're seeing three groups.

This concert I would like to see but won't pay those prices, and seems many won't either,checked the other day for tickets, plenty of seats still available. ITHC said he was going to see them in Florida, maybe he can tell us if they're worth this price.
