Here's a couple I found on-line, maybe they will do. We've started using the Wal-mart brand version of Splenda, it's a few bucks cheaper and we can't tell any difference. They have it in the loose granule form and packets.

SPLENDA FUDGE RECIPE
(sugar free)

2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
2 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 cup Splenda sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil.

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, melted chocolate, Splenda, and vanilla until smooth.

Stir in pecans. Pour into prepared pan. Cover & refrigerate overnight.

Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled.
