Do we still have pop-up windows to tell us when we have a pm?

Yea, we still have pop-ups but it wouldn't let me open it because it said my inbox was full. The old system automatically deleted the oldest messages as new ones came in but this time I had to delete several to be able to open messages. I guess that's what you have to do.
