"Strickland and Democrats in the legislature pointed to the news from Stickler's group as evidence that the bill the governor introduced last summer should be passed by the House, where it has been in committee hearings for months. The bill passed the Senate with tweaks in October."

SORRY, TO HEAR THAT, BUT GLAD THINGS SEEM TO BE GOING AS PLANNED WITH THE RUSSIAN HAVERHILL PLANT. AT FIRST , THATS WHAT I THOUGHT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT.

That's ok, They are adding on to the new coke plant down there to I believe.
