who is going to the portsmouth west comp? predicted outcome? what do you think?
Grand Champion was Winchester, or something like that
South Point 1st Runner-Up, Overall Auxillary, 1st in Class B, 1st Percussion in B, 1st auxillary in B, and Superior rating
I know from Lawrence County, Cheseapeke and Coal Grove also received Superior Ratings.
