I believe Franklin Local (Philo) has missed 4. (Would have been 5 but a Teachers In-service was scheduled instead). Three of those 4 were due to ice and 1 for snow. They have been delayed 3 times with 2 hour delays and 1 early dismissal.

Franklin Local's electronic dialing system just called and Philo has canceled for tomorrow for day 6.

South Point has two days in February that we can use mas make up days. then it will be spring break.
