Well I'm heading to the hospital to be a grandpa for the first time. My daughter went to the doctor today and they sent her to the hospital due to her blood pressure being high. I guess she went into labor and they are going to go ahead and break her water. She is about 3 weeks early so it was a surprise when my wife called about 15 minutes ago. Keep us in your prayers please. Well I better go.......

dont worry, you had time,,,my daughter went through the same thing with her blood pressure, and hers was 3 weeks early,,,they wil more then likely have to keep the baby a couple extra days to help with the breathing, untill its lungs develop fully, from getting here early.

Congrats!!!!!! Enjoy it, they grow up fast. I will be a grandpa in March.

Cassidy Dawn was born 2/5/09 at about 12:40am, she is 19 1/2"s long and weighed 6lb-7oz. they ended up having to take her "C" section.

Thanks everyone for the comments. My wife and I are so pround and yes she will be spoiled. We got home from the hospital at about 3:30 this morning and my wife was back up there at about 8:30 this morning. I'm going back up before I go to work after while.

Just as long as you are enjoying the ride you can ride ol Nellie all afternoon if you like, just dont make Kantucky jealous, he kinda likes ol Nellie and hates to see her mistreated.........
