If your buying a home that an agency has listed, should you use their people or get another agent from another agency? Which way do you feel I will get the best deal?

I posted this question on other web sites and the one common answer I get is someone you trust. Thats my gut feeling also.
I'll continue to check out all these sites and see what people have to say.
Thanks for your answers. We appreciate it!!!!!!!!!!!

Real estate agents play a crucial role in navigating the complexities of buying, selling, or renting properties. A skilled
real estate agent brings expertise in market trends, negotiation skills, and local knowledge to ensure clients get the best deals while minimizing stress. They don't just sell homes—they build trust, provide guidance, and create a seamless experience tailored to individual needs.

Don't agents want you to sign a form that says you can only have them as an agent?
