2011-2012 Greenup County Weather Cancellations Over/Under

I have been following some of the weather forecast predictions for this coming winter, and signs are pointing to a bad one. I am going to set the over/under on Greenup County weather cancellations at a total of 23 1/2. I will take the over.

I may bump that number up a little since some of Greenup's administration don't make very wise decisions anyway.

La nina is back in the Pacific again this year. Weather forcast are very similar to last years winter.
