Does anyone know if they are having fireworks this year during Summer Motion in Ashland, KY? I take my family there every year and I cannot find fireworks listed on their website. Also, anyone have any idea what night the city of Greenup is having theirs?

I think Coal Grove will have their fireworks on July 3rd around 9PM.....

McArthur's are Saturday night at 10.
You can view them from Super Value, the old High School or Central Elementary/Wyman Park.
How are Logan's fireworks usually? Im looking to go somewhere other than McArthur this year.

Actually I have thought about it GAHS...But im not sure I want to fight with traffic with a 19 month old impatient girl in the car! lol

actually, i'm gonna watch the display , right here at home on lake white, they say they put on a nice display here, and you can see the fireworks as well from dailyville. so i may be in a boat or a porch, but ain't headin far.

In Jackson-July 3rd at 8:30 pm the the 65- piece Ohio Army National Guard Band will be performing A concert at Alumni Stadium followed by the fireworks. Great place to view them from.

Athens is getting a little better every year, but for now Nelsonville still beats them out!
I don't know what the money situation was this year for either community so I'm not sure who has more to set off or what kinds they bought.

I can see the Greenup Ky fireworks from where I work and since i'm working again this 4th I guess I'll be checking them out again this year. They usually put on a great show and then after they are through there is someone else along the river right close to these that shoots off a lot of them through the night. Last year the display went on for over 2 hours with both combined.

i was informed today that the fireworks here at lake white are actually saturday night at dark, instead of sunday.
