They don't compete. Actually, they're band is quickly disappearing. It wouldn't suprise me at all if they don't even have one in 2-3 years.

no....you have just proved why the future isn't bright...look at them, they are tiny as is, and are mostly comprised of jr. high and elementary kids...when the high schoolers start graduating and younger kids quit as they get into high school, the band will quickly disappear...

it will be sad not having them at the football games or hear the fight song every time the boys put one in, but at rate the band is failing, they inevitably will be gone soon unless a sudden spark of interest arises...and i dont see that happening..

I was very impressed with the up coming burg band! They are getting bigger and they sound great! Good job burg band! Can't wait to see and hear your half time show!

It should be "athletics". Maybe they should get rid of some "athletics" in your district so they can hire better spelling teachers.

we cant because the band needs new uniforms but if we could get rid of band i might be able to spell i mean i was in scripps as a child and i have an iq of 140 so i dont think im the one that needs more schooling but go play your skin flute and get out of my house

The Wheelersburg band is improving each year. Give the kids credit! And as far as taking money away from other sports in the school..........the Band raises their own money! Try supporting them for a change. I do hope you stand up for the school song!
