Tornado reality

the pictures this spring have been amazing and disturbing
1500 people still missing in Joplin and the NWS has now comfirmed it as a EF5
EF5 winds are usually in the 200 to 250 mph and in some cases higher. and that brings to me this. If someone doesn't have a basement or a real tornado shelter, I don't think it matters what closet they hide in, if there are 200 mph winds and they are in the path, they are most likely dead.
building a house on a slab above ground is a mistake..
