Information on ABL?

I must have missed the memo, or wasn't paying close attention, but what is the ABL? How did it get started? Where do they play? Etc....

I have many old guys that i work with that would be interested in something like this. How does a team get involved or contact for information?

It's a league of 75 chumps and 5 or so good players. All from one team.
