I had my new one out last night. It will be out again tomorrow. It has a rotissiere so I'm going to try and slow cook a turkey breast on it over some applewood chips.

If I wasnt heading down the turnpike in about 2 hours you would see the Highland Baptist church van in your driveway.......with TTT as the pilot and RRR as the co-pilot....... :lol:

On a side note I will be deep frying a turkey for a Buckeye-Texas party next weekend for some friends at the Lodge at beautful and scenic Lawco Lake..... ;-)

Well too bad.

Be careful with that deep fryer. Last Thanksgiving I was hauling water in the tanker on a mutual aid house fire run that was caused by a turkey fryer. I had bought a fryer right before that and still haven't used it.
