You could say that, kicker weight for most, but did triceps before bench. Shouldn't have don't it, usually do bench first. Felt something hurt like he(( in the back of the arm near my elbow, then the pain shot up through the tricep in my 3rd set of reps while benching. Was doing 5 sets of 5 with 225 when it starting hurting. Looks like I won't be lifting for a couple weeks. Man, does it ever hurt back thairewww. Swelled up too, and kinda yellow looking in areas CK said. I can't see it back airewww, have to use two mirrors to see it myself. Hurts like hE(((( C-bolt.
