Lucas Motor Oil race at PRP

Post by OZZIEOHIO »

Last night. Did anyone else go. Those were the worst track conditions I have ever seen. I was suprised no one fliped over the big hump in turns 3 and 4. The feature started I think 24 cars and by 75 laps there was only 7 running. But it was a great finish,

It was not a Lucas Oil race.If so, I believe you would have seen a much better ran show.It was a MACS race and they only have 3 all year if that tells you anything. The MACS series has fell apart. It use to be a good series.I do think the racing was good though as you could run the bottom, middle,or top.Congrats to Tim Dohm on his win.Hope Carrier is alright he took a lick!

Also for anyone interested...KC Raceway will have the World Of Outlaw Late Models in town Aug 21&22 for $20,000 to win! Qualifying and Heats will be Friday. The Consalation races and Feature on Saturday. Also the Modifides will be in action both night and run 2 full shows.Hope to see everyone there.

Ticket Prices for age 12 and up $10 on Friday and $35 on Saturday.
